Nicholas Kline is currently in his 5th year at The Pennsylvania State University pursuing a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering. He is focusing in the Construction option and has an anticipated graduation of May 2014.
During this past summer, Nick had the opportunity to gain work experience through his internship with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. He worked on site at a mall renovation project. Nick was an integral member of the project team, working closely with the project engineers and project managers.
During the summer of 2012, Nick participated in the PSU AE China Study Abroad Program. This program took him all over China, hitting many of the major cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. Nick took 12 credits in China that included classes such as International Construction, International Design Studio, and The Study of Urban China.
Nick is a very active member of the Penn State Community, including being the President of the PSU Men’s Club Soccer Team, a member of the Student Society of Architectural Engineers (SSAE), and a member of the Student Chapter of the Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence (S:PACE).
In Nick’s free time, he enjoys physical activities and routinely participates in intramural football and basketball at Penn State. |
